Cancellation Policy

• Bookings canceled 45 days before the arrival date will receive a 100% refund.

• Bookings canceled within 30 days before the arrival date will receive a 50% refund.

• No-shows and early check-outs will be charged 100% of the estimated booking costs.

 

Damage

YABI YABI reserves the right to claim any costs for damage to the accommodation caused by guests.

Lost Property and Stolen Goods

• YABI YABI provides 24-hour camera surveillance of the premises.

• YABI YABI cannot be held liable for lost property or stolen goods but will cooperate with the local police.

 

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless YABI YABI, its partners, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against all claims, actions, or liabilities, including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising from or alleged to result from your violation of these terms of use, your reliance on material posted on the website, or as a result of material you post on the website.
