Where is YABI YABI located?
YABI YABI is located near Jan Thiel, in the Cas Grandi district a popular area of Curacao. YABI YABI is a 10-minute drive from Jan Thiel and a 10-minute drive from Mambo Beach. The exact address will be released after booking.
Can I bring my pet to YABI YABI?
We currently do not have facilities for small four-legged friends. This may change in the future, so keep an eye on us.
Is smoking allowed at YABI YABI?
The apartments are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside of normal.
Can I enter YABI YABI at any time?
Yes. With the key you have access to YABI YABI at any time of the day (or night). Please take our other guests into consideration.
How safe is the environment of YABI YABI?
YABI YABI is located in a safe, secure neighborhood and is equipped with security cameras.
What is YABI YABI's payment policy?
25% deposit to confirm the reservation. The remainder of the rental amount must be paid no later than 45 days before the day of arrival.
What is the cancellation policy?
Bookings cancelled 45 days prior to arrival date will receive a 100% refund. Bookings cancelled between 44 - 30 days prior to arrival date will receive a 50% refund. No-shows and early check-outs will be charged 100% of the booking fee.
Additional charge for extra power consumption?
Electricity and water are relatively expensive in Curaçao. To prevent waste, we ask our guests to be aware of energy consumption, such as switching off the air conditioning when away. The rent for the apartment includes a daily consumption of 20 kWh, sufficient for normal use of the air conditioning and other electrical appliances. In case of excess consumption, a surcharge of €0.45 per kWh will be charged. Electricity consumption is accurately recorded via a separate meter per apartment.
